Bound in contemporary half calf over marbled boards, plain endpapers, smooth backs with morocco lettering-pieces. The bindings cracked at joints and rather worn but quite sound. Internally very clean. Early ownership signatures of Thomas Dale M.D. and John Pethybridge.
